SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, California/USA (Tuesday, February 16, 2010) – Coco Ho (HAW), 18, led the new guard last year who donated ground breaking performances on the ASP Women’s World Tour in 2009 and are responsible for changing the face of women’s professional surfing as we know it. The young Hawaiian clinched the coveted rookie of the year title and was the only rookie competitor amongst the top 17 to win an event win last year when she took out the Rip Cur Pro Search. Now that the young competitor is gearing up to enter her sophomore year of elite competition, SURFER Magazine followed the Hawaiian native around her home of Oahu’s North Shore to see what she’s been up to.
