Rip Curl Women's Pro Bells Beach ON, Men's Round 1 on Standby
BELLS BEACH, Victoria/Australia (Friday, April 2, 2010) – The Rip Curl Women’s Pro Bells Beach presented by Ford Fiesta, the second stop on the 2010 ASP Women’s World Tour, is back on today in two-foot (0.75 metre) surf at Bells Beach with the first heat of Round 3 hitting the water at 8:45am
“We’ve got little waves coming through at Bells today and we’ll be commencing women’s competition at 8:45am,” Damien Hardman, Rip Curl Pro Contest Director, said. “We’re facing a challenging window in terms of swell projection so we’re making the most of the conditions on offer.”
When Rip Curl Women’s Pro competition resumes, up first will be Coco Ho (HAW), 18, and Lee Ann Curren (FRA), 20, in the opening heat of Round 3.

The Rip Curl Pro Bells Beach presented by SNICKERS, featuring the ASP Top 45, is on hold this morning with the possibility of commencing competition following the women’s Round 3.
