Oakley ASP World Pro Junior is On at Keramas
CANGGU, Bali/Indonesia (Wednesday, October 6 2010) – The Oakley ASP World Pro Junior, event no.1 on the ASP World Junior Tour (WJT), is underway at Keramas, with the eight remaining Round three men’s heats scheduled to be completed in 3-4ft (1-1.2m) waves this morning.
After four days at Canggu, Contest Director, Beau Emerton, relocated the high stakes tournament to the famed high performance right-hand break.
“It looks like we’re going to get some great waves today,” he said.
“We’ve got an incoming tide and building conditions so we’re expecting some entertaining surfing.”
Up first was Marc Lacomare (FRA), who took on Mitch Crews (AUS) in the opening heat of the morning.
