ASP Australasia ratings leader Thomas Woods (Tugan, Gold Coast) (pictured) made light work of his round of 64 heat advancing in first place over Matt Gale (AUS), Cole Moody (AUS) and Sam Schumann (AUS) during the Oakley Pro Junior at North Stradbroke Island on Thursday February 3, 2011.Woods posted a 6.50 as his top score (out of ten) following up with a 4.55, enough to see him advance into the round of 32.The 5 Star ASP Oakley Pro Junior will hosting over 120 of the worldâs best professional junior surfers in the high-performance surfing hideaway of North Stradbroke Island.
