ASP World No. 1 Carissa Moore of Oahu, Hawaii (pictured) has won the Billabong Girls Rio Pro in Brasil defeating ASP World No. 2 Sally Fitzgibbons (AUS) during the final on Sunday May 15, 2011.Moore defeated Fitzgibbons 14.87 to 13.80 (both out of 20.00) in a closely fought battle. Moore’s result marks her fifth of five finals this season, extending her ratings lead over closest rival Fitzgibbons.
