Davey Cathels (AUS), current leader on the ASP World Junior Tour, will surf in the Quarterfinals of Arnette ASP World Junior competition.

Davey Cathels (North Narrabeen, Sydney, NSW, Australia) won his round four heat and advanced into the quarterfinals at the Arnette World Junior Championships in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil today. Cathels posted an 8.10 and a 7.90 totaling a heat score of 16.00. Cathels defeated Tanner Hendrickson (HAW) and will surf against fellow countryman Davey Cathels Jack Freestone (Currumbin, QLD) in round four.
