He should have competed yesterday. He is ranked 35 in World Rankings and, definitely, this contest is very important for him. He deserved the same chances(waves)than the other guys who are in the bubble for qualification. There were plenty of waves and sunlight when they stopped the comp, and there wasn’t a reason for not running the last three heats of round 3 since, two days ago, they did 24 heats.
