COOLANGATTA, Queensland/AUS (Friday, January 6, 2011) – Julian Wilson (AUS), 23, charged massive Pipe this year in his first season at the Billabong Pipe Masters. The ASP Rookie of the Year went for broke while hunting down a massive barrel of his own and despite a few stitches and some heavy wipeouts, Wilson’s efforts at Pipeline punctuated his rookie year with an exclamation point. Following the Billabong Pipe Masters, the Aussie prodigy stuck around the North Shore for awhile and posted a video of his down days on Oahu. This… is his story…
