The Billabong World Junior Championships Are Back On

Mateia Hiquily (PYF) was a standout performer yesterday, eliminating Creed McTaggart (AUS) in Round 2. PIC: ASP/Dunbar.
“It’s stormy out there, but it’s bigger and there are some clean sections on offer,” Contest Director Luke Egan said. “We’re going to finish Round 2 of the Men’s event, and then make a call to see if we go into Round 3 of the Men’s or the Women’s.”
